We do not take insurance or submit service claims to your insurance company.

Guidance Health Now (GHN) can only provide care while you are in Massachusetts.

Medication costs are variable and not included in the initial fee or monthly fee. All medications are billed from the pharmacy. Guidance Health Now (GHN) is not responsible for costs of medications or labs.

Initial Weight Loss Care– $300                                                                           

Includes:

• Initial assessment (Telehealth video visit  45-60 minutes)

• First month’s prescription (not medication cost) sent to pharmacy for those with insurance coverage.

  • Pay out of pocket medications options are also available.​

• Prior authorization if needed

• Guidance and  education.

• Lab work  can be ordered through your insurance.

This is a medical appointment. You must be present in Massachusetts

during the visit, where I am licensed. After Initial consult you will be required to check in with provider approximately every 4 weeks through the portal to decide your  dosing schedule.

Monthly Subscription Fee - Required for on-going care

$150 per month subscription automatically billed monthly. 

No contracts, you may notify your provider at anytime to cancel.

You may need:

• Change of prescription/pharmacy transfer fee will be $25

• Each Prior authorization $78 after initial consultation

• Insurance phone call  $125

• Subscription Reactivation visit $225- if you have not checked in within 4 months this visit is required to restart. Includes prior authorization.

• Acute Care visit $75

Note: we do not accept insurance, and conduct treatment in such a manner that Medicare/Mass health does not reimburse. You may use your HSA/FSA to pay for our services if it meets their criteria. We do not submit claims to insurance for our service fees and do not use CPT codes.​
