We do not take insurance or submit service claims to your insurance company.

Guidance Health Now (GHN) can only provide care while you are in Massachusetts.

Medication costs are variable and not included in the initial fee or monthly fee. All medications are billed from the pharmacy. Guidance Health Now (GHN) is not responsible for costs of medications. YOU are responsible for finding out what is covered by your insurance prior to initial visit. GHN is unable to refund prescription fees once sent to the pharmacy.

Initial Weight Loss Care– $225                                                                           

 This includes initial assessment (Telehealth visit 60 minutes or Initial questionnaire).

Includes first month’s prescription (not medication cost) sent to pharmacy,

prior authorization if needed, guidance, and  education. Bloodwork can be

ordered through your insurance.

This is a medical appointment. You must be present in Massachusetts during the visit

as that is where I am licensed. After Initial consult you will be required to check in

with provider approximately every 4 weeks  via messaging with an updated weight

 to decide your dosing schedule.

Required for on-going care

No long term contracts or commitment, cancel anytime.

Monthly Weight Loss Care Standard – 

$100 per month subscription automatically billed on the first day of the month.

Note: we do not accept insurance, and conduct treatment in such a manner that Medicare/Mass health  does not reimburse, but you can use your HSA/FSA to pay for our services. We do not submit claims to insurance for our service fees and do not use CPT codes.

You may need:

Prior Authorization (each request after initial appointment) 

$78 - No guarantees your insurance will approve, GHN will do our best. Medication that requires a Prior authorization and is only approved for diabetes, you most likely will not get approved unless you have diabetes. These medications include Mounjaro and Ozempic. Often the insurance companies neglect to tell you what the criteria is.

​Insurance Phone call  - $125 - Often on hold for an absurd amount of time. ​

​

Acute Care for existing patients- $90 (Treatment for a urinary tract infection, Covid, flu etc.) Please note I am not available on weekends or holidays.
